Philosophy

Despite his Bordeaux education, his philosophy is not to “establish a style”. Florent often underlines his cartesian and pragmatic approach as impervious to the trends and fashions of the wine world. The diversity of his experience between the old and new world taught him to observe, listen and understand: the climate characteristics, the soil potential and the objectives of the estate. From virgin land* or a restructured vineyard, Florent strives to determinate the strategy from the soil to the bottle, to give the best chance of making a successful project.
